All-Star Nomination Form

Please use the link below to submit your player nomination. All nominations—Academic All-Star and Traditional All-Star—must be submitted through the same form.

If you are nominating a player for the Academic All-Star team, be sure to include all required academic information to ensure they are considered appropriately.
