    8. Opportunity to coach with the AzBCA Summer Teams  in either the Heartland Classic or Junior Sun Belt.
    9. Field of the Year and Most Improved Field of the Year Awards for each region, conference and state levels.
    10. Coach of the Year Awards at each conference level.
    11. Opportunity to continue to build a network of information and to meet others who share the same interest in baseball.

All of these benefits are available to each individual member of the AzBCA, and I encourage your participation in the organization.  I would also encourage you as a head coach to get your assistants involved, sometimes the best thing we can do for young coaches is to show them the values in supporting their coaching organizations.  Bring them to the clinic and to the All-Star games, help them to understand all the possibilities that are out there for them.  Together we can continue to put Arizona High School Baseball on the national map.
