The Second Annual Salpointe Lancer Classic Baseball Tournament will be held March 16th to the 20th, 2009, in Tucson, AZ. 8 to 10 schools are needed to fill the tournament. There is a 5 game guarantee. Mountain Range High School is looking for 4 to 5 games in the Tucson area the week of March 23-27th, 2009. Mountain Range is a 5A school with approximately 1,900 students located in Westminster, Colorado, five miles north of Denver. The Varsity and Junior Varsity baseball team from Carmel Catholic High School in Illinois is interested in playing 5 to 7 games the week of March 28 to April 5, in the Phoenix or Tucson area. Westminster Academy National Baseball Tournaments
Tournament Director Rich Hofman will host 4 National Tournaments at the award winning Westminster Baseball Complex. There is a 4 game guarantee with 8, 12 or 16 team fields. Great facilities, great competition, great food and beautiful spring break weather makes this experience a must. Custom made travel packages make a coach's job easier. Entry fee is $400. Wheels Spring Break Baseball Tournament
Eddie Hill (Rock Hill High School) is looking for teams for the Wheels Spring Break Baseball Tournament, April 13 - 18, 2009. Entry fee is $450 per team, with each team being able to play 3, 4, or 5 games. Each out of state program that participates in this event will recieve 5 motel rooms for the price of three and two meal per day. Naches Valley High School, located in Naches, Washington is a large 2A school with a strong tradition in baseball. Back to back final four appearances in the state finals. The 8th Annual Best of the West Tournament will be held during this week. The tournament field is currently has a couple of openings. If you are interested please contact Eric Gardner at 602-694-4973 or egardner@peoriaud.k12.az.us Current Arizona Teams include Sunrise Mountain, Centennial, Cactus, Mountain Ridge, Deer Valley, Pinnacle, Ironwood and Goldwater. This tournament also includes several Oklahoma schools that have committted to play.
